De groep Aaxe Dientencheques is voor zijn kantoor in Montgomery op zoek naar een polyvalente backoffice medewerker (m/v/x).
Votre rigueur administrative et la qualité de votre communication vous permettront de réaliser le suivi. administratif nécessaire à la bonne marche de notre back office.
Binnen een dynamisch team staan uw verantwoordelijkheden centraal in onze dienstverlening. Uw administratieve nauwkeurigheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden stellen u in staat om het administratieve opvolgingswerk uit te voeren dat essentieel is voor een vlot werkende backoffice.

Gestion de la relation administrative client : relances, suivi contentieux, gestion des frais de transport des aides-ménagères, analyses mensuelles, plan d’action correctif.
Coordination des achats et services : commandes, réception et contrôle.
Collaboration au suivi RH/administratif : suivi des accidents du travail, suivi des maladies de longue durée.
Wettelijke/reglementaire opvolging: opvolging van nieuwe voorschriften, interne voorstellen voor aanpassing.
Formation / Opleiding
NL : Bachelor of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring
