Could your be our new colleague Business Developer ? To reinforce our Business Development team, we're looking for a dynamic, driven and client-oriented colleague. Your mission: spot and develop new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with our existing clients. You'll work with the Sales Manager and the Chief Growth Officer to further conquer the Belgian market. Our clients include many of Belgium's top 200 brands, all convinced by the value of our solutions. In this role, you lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. About Auxipress Auxipress is Belgium's leading player in media intelligence and data analysis. We help companies understand their media impact, track the evolution of their reputation and benchmark their image against competitors. By combining expertise with powerful algorithms, we turn media data into strategic insights that support informed decision-making. Are you a Team player ? The Business Developer works in collaboration with different teams to achieve success : a great presales team, a Customer Success team and a Marketing team that are participating to help them to generate the leads, structure the demos and then convert the prospects into clients. We are therefore looking for a real team player who can use all of them as an asset. Your impact at Auxipress End-to-end sales cycle Identify, qualify and engage prospects Conduct demos with support from presales and Customer Success Contract negotiations and close deals Build and grow your portfolio *New Business: Convert inbound leads Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities in Belgium *Existing Clients: Detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities Ensure strong relationships and regular follow-up Clients contracts renewals *Strategic Client Engagement Translate client needs into tailored solutions Prepare documentation for calls for tender Adapt your communication style depending on your audience: PR, agencies, C-levels, ... Your superpowers You have significant experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, Business Developer or similar You have a background in Sales, Marketing, Business or similar You have a certain affinity for the world of media and brands You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable collaborating with different teams You are solution-selling minded You have strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets. You work autonomously and flexibly You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
