Infrastructure & Security Engineer (Azure, M365, Networks, IAM, Security) SECO Group is looking for an Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join the IT Team.
SECO Group is looking for a proactive Infrastructure & Security Engineer to lead and strengthen its IT foundations. You will design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructures, while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001. As the go-to expert for infrastructure and security, you will drive improvements in cloud, network, identity, and workplace technologies that support SECO's growth and innovation.
Infrastructure & Cloud (Azure, M365)
Ensure scalability, performance, and cost optimisation across cloud workloads.
Manage hybrid infrastructures (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).
Network & Security
Manage and optimise network connectivity across offices and remote users.
Security Architecture & Compliance
Implement and monitor security controls aligned with ISO 27001,
Contribute to SECO's cybersecurity roadmap and awareness initiatives.
Lead projects for system upgrades, migrations, and new security capabilities.
Take ownership of incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Actively deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure and security tools.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, and security engineering.
~ Proven expertise in SD-WAN, Zero Trust principles, and security best practices.
~ Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance and security frameworks.
~ Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
~ Azure Administrator / Security Engineer
A central role leading infrastructure & security in a growing international company.
A new office building in Diegem (green environment, outdoor sport facilities, parking, public transport access) with flexibility for remote work a few days/week.
