Infrastructure & Security Engineer (Azure, M365, Networks, IAM, Security) SECO Group is looking for an Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join the IT Team. Your mission: SECO Group is looking for a proactive Infrastructure & Security Engineer to lead and strengthen its IT foundations. This is a hybrid role combining solution architecture, optimisation, and hands-on execution. You will design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructures, while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001. As the go-to expert for infrastructure and security, you will drive improvements in cloud, network, identity, and workplace technologies that support SECO's growth and innovation. Key responsibilities: Infrastructure & Cloud (Azure, M365) Design, implement, and optimise SECO's Microsoft Azure and M365 environments. Ensure scalability, performance, and cost optimisation across cloud workloads. Manage hybrid infrastructures (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online). Network & Security Lead the implementation of SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and next-gen firewall solutions. Manage and optimise network connectivity across offices and remote users. Define and enforce IAM best practices, including role-based access controls and MFA. Security Architecture & Compliance Implement and monitor security controls aligned with ISO 27001, Conduct vulnerability assessments, patch management, and risk mitigation. Contribute to SECO's cybersecurity roadmap and awareness initiatives. Solution Architecture & Optimisation Translate business needs into secure and efficient infrastructure solutions. Lead projects for system upgrades, migrations, and new security capabilities. Continuously improve processes, automation, and monitoring. Hands-on Execution Take ownership of incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Actively deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure and security tools. Your profile: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, and security engineering. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure & M365, networking, firewalls, and IAM. Proven expertise in SD-WAN, Zero Trust principles, and security best practices. Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance and security frameworks. Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash). Analytical, structured, and proactive with strong communication skills. Able to balance strategic design with hands-on execution. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Security Engineer Fortinet NSE (4 or 5) or equivalent firewall certification ITIL Foundation, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (nice to have) SECO offers: A central role leading infrastructure & security in a growing international company.
