Les Ressources Humaines y occupent une place essentielle, avec une approche pragmatique, proche du terrain et orientée solutions. Dans le cadre d’un recrutement prioritaire, notre client recherche un·e HR Generalist qui sera l’unique référent·e RH de l’entreprise. Vous êtes le point de contact RH principal pour les collaborateurs et pour la direction, sans gestion d’équipe RH. Le client recherche un profil combinant expertise solide en Hard HR et disponibilité réelle pour le personnel, avec une présence régulière sur le terrain. En tant que HR Generalist, et en tant que seul·e référent·e RH, vous prenez en charge l’ensemble des missions RH opérationnelles, avec un accent marqué sur le Hard HR : Gestion de la paie (acomptes et clôtures mensuelles), en collaboration avec le secrétariat social Group S, via le logiciel Presta Gestion des contrats et obligations légales (CP 124, 200, 111) Contacts avec les partenaires externes et participation aux projets d’optimisation et de digitalisation des processus RH Gestion des processus RH quotidiens : Dimona, absences, maladies, congés, examens médicaux, contacts syndicaux Gestion administrative du fleet management (± 50 véhicules), en collaboration avec un responsable fleet Suivi et coordination du plan de formation Soutien ponctuel aux managers dans leurs besoins RH Disponibilité pour répondre aux questions RH des ouvriers et des employés, avec une présence régulière sur le terrain Profil recherché Expérience confirmée en Hard HR et payroll Bonne connaissance de la législation sociale belge Aisance avec les outils numériques (logiciels de paie, Excel, ERP) Bilinguisme français / néerlandais indispensable Fonction à temps plein Télétravail possible Présence requise lors des moments clés liés à la paie Une voiture de société ~ Une assurance groupe ~ Une assurance hospitalisation ~
