**Jobomschrijving**:
Wat is een HR Project Consultant? Je wordt ingezet bij onze klanten (start-ups, kmo’s, corporates,...) voor verschillende HR-projecten op operationeel niveau. Zo’n project duurt minimum 3 maanden en kan oplopen tot maximum 2 jaar. Je wordt ingezet op een payroll-afdeling als HR administrator, payroll officer, payroll specialist, etc. Doorheen de verschillende projecten, bouw je zo verder aan jouw HR expertise en een leuk netwerk. De ideale project consultant draagt flexibiliteit hoog in het vaandel. In functie van het project waar je terechtkomt, verzorg je de
- Payroll van A tot Z voor bedienden of arbeiders
- Je beheert de HR-administratie
- Je verleent advies over sociaal-juridische topics

**Profiel**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor
- Je kan terugblikken op een eerste werkervaring binnen HR (hard HR)
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt gemakkelijk oplossingen in stresssituaties
- Je kan je snel inwerken in nieuwe payrolltools
- Cijfermatig en administratief werken, schrikken je niet af
- Teamspirit, discretie en een service-minded approach draag je hoog in het vaandel
- Je bent tweetalig (NL-FR). Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
