Role:
Act as a core member of the Brussels M&A Advisory team, taking ownership of key workstreams on live transactions.
Lead valuation work, build complex financial models, prepare investment materials and manage data rooms.
Drive execution on sell-side and buy-side mandates across multiple sectors (industrial, consumer, healthcare, technology, financial services).
Support origination by preparing pitches, analysing markets, and engaging directly with clients alongside senior bankers.
Coordinate with international sector teams to deliver integrated advice on cross-border mandates.
Represent the team in meetings, supporting discussions with CEOs, founders, CFOs, and private equity investors.
Candidate Profile
~3–4+ years of experience in M&A advisory from a top-tier investment bank or high-quality boutique.
~ Excellent technical skillset: financial modelling, valuation, process management, and preparation of client-ready materials.
~ Fluent command of both French and Dutch is essential to operate across the Belgian market; strong English for cross-border work.
~ Confident client-facing style, high level of professional maturity, and strong communication skills.
~ Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
~ Additional relevant experience (private equity execution, Big-4 financial due diligence with heavy deal exposure) is valued.
