Then you are probably the person we are looking for Your Mission: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration. Advocate for Agile practices across business and technical teams, promoting Scrum and continuous process improvements. Support the Product Owner in maintaining the backlog, aligning business needs with Agile principles. Lead planning and delivery, optimizing business processes from feasibility to production. Inspire teams to self-organize, take ownership, and deliver value. Remove obstacles to progress, enabling teams to focus on results and improvements. Contribute to the broader Agile community at Wemanity, sharing knowledge and overcoming challenges together. Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders, suggesting process improvements. ️ Our Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record in facilitating Scrum and optimizing processes. Strong facilitation and communication skills with both technical and business teams. A servant leader who empowers teams and fosters collaboration. A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and focuses on continuous improvement. Versatility is key—ability to adapt to diverse environments and challenges, bringing a broad skill set to different business needs. A strong focus on business processes—able to drive process optimization through Agile methods while ensuring business objectives are met. Knowledge of AI is a plus, especially when working on technology-driven projects requiring innovation. Technical background is a plus, but not mandatory Fluent in English and French or Dutch Why join us?
