Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration.
Advocate for Agile practices across business and technical teams, promoting Scrum and continuous process improvements.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining the backlog, aligning business needs with Agile principles.
Lead planning and delivery, optimizing business processes from feasibility to production.
Inspire teams to self-organize, take ownership, and deliver value.
Remove obstacles to progress, enabling teams to focus on results and improvements.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record in facilitating Scrum and optimizing processes.
~ Strong facilitation and communication skills with both technical and business teams.
~ A servant leader who empowers teams and fosters collaboration.
~ Fluent in English and French or Dutch
