We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Process Expert to join our Agile Process Coaching team. You will play a key role in empowering teams, strengthening IT excellence, and ensuring our ways of working are efficient, effective, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework, creating consistency and standardization across teams (e.g., delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk and security management).
Ensure compliance and proactively identify gaps or improvement needs driven by regulatory and internal requirements.
Coach and collaborate with key partners, enabling them to steer, simplify, and optimize processes across the organization.
Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the Agile referential.
Your Profile:
Education & Certification:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications in Lean, IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT delivery and/or Production.
Mandatory technical experience:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create structure in complex matters.
Proven experience in IT delivery and/or production environments.
Clear communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary settings.
Ability to facilitate and coach workshops with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills.
Preferred experience:
Process improvement techniques (e.g., PDCA, value stream mapping).
Familiarity with IT management frameworks.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Business experience: Experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and structured thinking.
Excellent communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
Independent, goal-oriented, and quality-minded with an eye for detail.
Leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
Language Requirements:
English: Fluent, both written and spoken.
Dutch or French: Optional but beneficial.
Work Conditions:
Based in Brussels with no regular travel required.
Hybrid work model: 50% on-site, 50% remote.
