Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Architect Expert (FR / DU / ENG)

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Remote Work Possibility: NO

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably

Mandatory Languages: English (C1 minimum) - French and Dutch (B2 minimum)

Must-Have Skills and Competencies:

- dbt (Data Build Tool): Expert-level knowledge in building modular and scalable data transformation pipelines using dbt, with a strong understanding of versioning and documentation best practices.
- GIT: Solid command of Git for version control, including branching strategies, pull requests, and team collaboration workflows.
- PostgreSQL: Expertise in designing and optimizing complex SQL queries, managing relational database schemas, and ensuring performance tuning in large-scale PostgreSQL environments.
- Power BI: Advanced skills in creating interactive dashboards, data models, and complex DAX calculations to support business decision-making.
- Python: Proficient in using Python for data transformation, automation, and integration tasks, including libraries like Pandas and SQLAlchemy for data wrangling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable BI architectures tailored to business needs
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and transformations using dbt, Python, and PostgreSQL
- Integrate and expose data services using REST APIs
- Create dashboards and analytical solutions with Power BI
- Use GIT for version control and collaboration across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
