Een sterk gereputeerde nicheboutique is op zoek naar een gedreven senior advocaat corporate en M&A om hun team te versterken in Brussel . Dit snelgroeiende kantoor staat bekend om zijn uiterst professionele sfeer waar een klantgerichte aanpak centraal staat. Je krijgt de kans om in een professionele omgeving te werken aan de interessantste corporate en M&A vraagstukken met een focus op complexiteit.
Wat ga je doen als advocaat corporate en M&A?
Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij M&A en corporate transacties : je ondersteunt klanten bij aandelenoverdrachten, due diligence, reorganisaties, het opzetten van transactiestructuren en financieringsstructuren, (binnenlandse en grensoverschrijdende) fusies en splitsingen, venture capital, private equity, funds, corporate litigation, financial law, etc.
Opstellen , beoordelen en onderhandelen van juridische documenten : je verzorgt de drafting van commerciële contracten, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, due diligence-rapporten en andere relevante documenten in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans met een hoge mate van precisie en kwaliteit.
Ondernemingsgerichte juridische oplossingen : je benadert het recht vanuit het ondernemersperspectief, waarbij je verder kijkt dan juridische grenzen en pragmatische, risicobewuste oplossingen biedt die aansluiten bij de commerciële doelstellingen van de cliënt.
Effectieve communicatie en samenwerking: je communiceert helder en professioneel met cliënten en het team over juridische vraagstukken en strategieën, waarbij je zorgt voor duidelijkheid en precisie, en actief bijdraagt aan een effectieve samenwerking.
Een master in de rechten, hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring achter de rug en hebt ervaring in corporate en M&A
Een initiatiefnemer die enerzijds goed samenwerkt met senior collega’s en anderzijds junior collega’s begeleidt en ondersteunt
Een uitdagende functie binnen een betrokken en hecht team waar persoonlijke groei en samenwerking centraal staan
