As our Community Coordinator, you bring LCL and the world around us closer together. You report to the Marketing & Sustainability Manager and work hand in hand with colleagues across departments. With your creative spark and feel for communication, you strengthen our visibility, engagement, and sustainable reputation.

What specifically do you do as a Community Coordinator at LCL?
You develop and roll out the annual social media plan for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky.
You manage the content calendar and write, design, and publish posts and campaigns that match our strategy.
You coordinate marketing projects from start to finish, together with internal teams and external partners.
You create communication materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage with strong brand consistency.
You launch and follow up on local initiatives, community events, and sustainability projects.
You guard clear, consistent communication across our data center sites, aligned with our brand style and Customer Intimacy approach.
You track results, interpret data, and share improvement ideas that lift our communication efforts.

You bring at least 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
Digital and visual marketing inspire you; you spot trends fast and turn them into strong content.

You speak Dutch and English fluently; French brings extra value.
