Operations Shift Supervisor- Nights

Als Shiftsupervisor bij Euro-Silo sta je midden in de actie op de kade, waar je teams aanstuurt en laad- en losactiviteiten coördineert. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd ben je aanwezig op het terrein, de rest besteed je aan planning en administratieve opvolging.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de laad- en losactiviteiten vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Daarbij stuur je de werkzaamheden van eigen medewerkers, dokwerkers en externe partners aan en werk je nauw samen met de operationele en technische verantwoordelijken.
Daarnaast neem je ook administratieve taken op zoals shift- en personeelsplanning, registraties van reinigingen en rapportering. De verhouding ligt ongeveer op 80% operationeel – 20% administratief .
Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels , andere talen zijn een plus.
Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid te werken in een ploegenstelsel met regelmatig nacht- en weekendwerk volgens een beurtrol. Een vast contract met aantrekkelijk loonpakket, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering en optie tot fietsleasing .
Een uitgebreide on-the-job opleiding , zodat je onze installaties en processen grondig leert kennen.
