As a project planner, you work closely with the site supervisor and are key to ensuring a smooth start and efficient progress of every project. Serve as the logistics contact for suppliers and coordinate deliveries. Manage all administrative aspects of the site. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations through thorough risk analysis. Collaborate with the site manager to process collected data and maintain a complete As-Built dossier. Excellent command of English; Dutch and French are a plus. Accurate and precise, even under shifting priorities or high workload. Team player who enjoys collaboration. Communicates clearly and results-oriented with team members and stakeholders alike. A permanent, full-time employment contract.
