Senior Funds Controller AIF

- Be aware and adhere to the procedures, working instructions, checklists and presentations.
- Ensure that the internal and external clients and / or auditors queries and escalations are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Be familiar and comfortable with Hedge Funds peculiarities (structures, NAV cycles, portfolio components, investment policies, accounting treatment…)
- Conduct regular review of NAVs exceptions to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of documents by the team.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks pertaining to funds activity.
- Resolve escalated issues, provide information and support to all the accountants on the team and be available to assist them as needed.
- Experience in funds accounting, on Multifonds Fund Accounting
- Good knowledge of financial products and their valuation
- Knowledge of foreign currency hedging and asset pooling techniques
- Broad vision of fund administration
- Perfect understanding of the Alternative Investment Funds
- Fluent in English and professional in French
- Rigorous and able to cope with stress
- Team player who is approachable and flexible
- Adaptability to a fast paced, consistently changing environment
- Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Sense of initiative
