Our team is currently hiring a Senior Corporate Officer for a structure in Luxembourg City. Join the team of nearly 30 dynamic and dedicated professionals in expanding the business.Put your experience towards executing and enhancing operations on PE/RE transactions and reinforce the teams in handling a portfolio including regulated funds , securitization vehicles , and Commercial -and Holding Companies .Thus you would be able to tailor your schedule to your personal requirements and even work on a part-time basis. Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - AIF -PFS – Private Equity – Real Estate •You are in charge of managing the daily legal proceedings relating to the administration of a portfolio of entities from their incorporation to their liquidation.
•You intervene in the publication of annual accounts by making sure that all entities in your portfolio are correctly managed.
•You liaise operations of your clients and the investment team including third-party stakeholders (banks, auditors, lawyers, etc.).
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - AIF -PFS – Private Equity – Real Estate •Your experience stretches over at least five years as a Corporate Officer. You master English and French . Italian is not mandatory, but would be a great addition as well given the important Italian client base.
•You are ready to leverage your experience and contribute to the growth of a team dedicated to funds administration in the long run.
