Senior Corporate Officer – PSF Moderne, Clientèle Variée
Ces dernières années, ce PSF est devenu le partenaire privilégié d’une clientèle locale et internationale et variée (Soparfi/Holdings, PE/RE, Sociétés commerciales…).Nous accompagnons ce PSF dans la recherche d’un Senior Corporate Officer motivé. Finalement, le PSF propose une rémunération très attractive , au-dessus de la moyenne du marché : ce package est composé d’un salaire brut attrayant mais aussi plusieurs avantages extralégaux comme des chèques-repas, un bonus, des promotions et évaluations salariales, du télétravail régulier et bien plus encore.
Vos responsabilités | Senior Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - PSF •Vous gérez la vie juridique quotidienne des sociétés domiciliées (type SOPARFI, SPV), de la constitution à la liquidation .
•Vous accompagnez des juniors corporate officers en cas de questions et revoyez le travail effectué.
Profil et parcours | Senior Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - PSF •Vous avez 3 ans d’expérience ou plus comme Corporate Officer au sein d’une fiduciaire ou PSF au Luxembourg.
•Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
•Vous avez idéalement suivi une formation juridique comme un Bachelier/Master en Droit ou des formations externes dans ce domaine.
•Vous souhaitez intégrer une PSF qui vous offrira l’opportunité d’évoluer au niveau de vos compétences grâce aux bonnes formations proposées .
