Senior Compliance Officer – Work Life Balance, Steinfort
We are currently assisting our long-standing partner, a renowned PFS, based in Luxembourg close to the Belgian border in their search for their future Senior Compliance Officer to join their team.Our partner provides its clients with expertise in Accountancy, Tax, Fund Administration, Corporate governance and Compliance and have developed quite a loyal client portfolio. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance who is eager to be able to share his experience with you and to help you grow in your technical ;This means that you will be integrated easily in their team and team building activities and discussions, which will improve your sense of belonging.By joining our esteemed partner, you will enjoy an outstanding balance in your activities, both personal and professional, which is illustrated by their internal policies such as flexible working hours, limited overtime, and additional days off to further improve your balance.
Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS •You will be involved in implementing policies and procedures, implementing the compliance framework while respecting all regulatory requirements.
•In close collaboration with the Head of Compliance, you will report to the Board and also be responsible for CSSF reportings for example.
•You will conduct compliance due diligence for both new and existing clients, in order to limit the exposure to compliance risks.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS •With at least 4 years of experience as Compliance Officer in a PSF or similar environment, you have acquired a great sense of autonomy.
•A fluent command of English is required. Any other language, such as French, will be a plus.
