BGL BNP Paribas occupe une place de premier plan sur son marché national et étend son rayon d’action à la Grande Région, englobant les zones frontalières du Luxembourg.Dans le cadre de son développement notre Département Compliance recherche un/une : VIE – Compliance Officer (H/F) Mission de 12 mois Contexte et Enjeux : Rejoindre la fonction Compliance, c’est découvrir le fonctionnement de l’ensemble des activités de BGL BNP Paribas sous un angle différent et dans un contexte réglementaire et normatif en pleine évolution. Plus qu’une Fonction de risques et de contrôles, la Compliance est avant tout une fonction de Conseil et d’Appui pour laquelle le développement de la prévention des risques et la sensibilisation des collaborateurs sont des enjeux clés.L’équipe Compliance Ethique Professionnelle (EP) a pour objectif de déployer et de s’assurer de la conformité du dispositif d’Ethique professionnelle au sein de la banque.Dans le cadre du développement des activités de l’équipe Ethique Professionnelle, la fonction Compliance recherche un/une Compliance Officer prêt(e) à s’investir dans cette organisation afin de poursuivre le déploiement du dispositif Compliance dans le domaine de l’Ethique Professionnelle. Participer au traitement opérationnel de l’équipe Compliance Ethique Professionnelle (EP) : analyses, formulation d’avis, identification desrisques, suivis, réalisation de contrôles, traitement de demandes des Métiers / Collaborateurs, production de reportings… ;
Contribuer aux projets de la fonction Compliance et de la Banque (réglementaires / nouvelles normes Groupe / nouvelles activités) et participer aux analyses du ressort de Compliance éthique professionnelle, au déploiement des nouveaux processus et des contrôles,accompagner les Métiers dans le déploiement des nouveaux processus et contrôles d’éthique professionnelle
Optimiser les processus de travail, les flux d’informations en vue de garantir l’efficacité des traitements et la qualité des informations ;
Se familiariser avec les règlementations liées aux domaines de l’Ethique Professionnelle (MiFID II, MAD/MAR, Sapin II…) et avec la gestion du risque de non-conformité dans ce domaine ;
Connaissance de l’organisation et des activités de la fonction Compliance et de la banque
Profil Formation :BAC +5 en Finance/Gestion/Économie/JuridiqueCompétences techniques :
Pack Office
Utilisation fluide et avancée d’Excel
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais, aisance relationnelle
Français
Anglais
