Senior Compliance Officer - Internal Compliance, No Overtime
We are currently assisting an independent PFS, supervised by the CSSF in Luxembourg, as it wishes to strengthen its team of talents with an experienced Compliance Officer.This service provider is ideal in terms of size if you are looking for a human-sized and stable structure. With around 30 people in the organization you will be able to discover new colleagues and create good relationships with them thanks to the positive work environment and great communication amongst the team members.If you are looking to join a structure near the Belgian border, you will also be satisfied with this structure located in Mamer, which will save you precious time every week so you can allocate it to your personal activities.This PFS also offers a wonderful balance between your professional and personal life thanks to the low overtime rate, flexible working hours and also their homeworking policy : you will join a structure that will offer you real comfort.
Your Responsibilities | Compliance – PFS – Legal – Compliance Officer •As a Compliance officer, you will be responsible for the implementation and review of Compliance policies, as well as the monitoring program.
•In your future position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Compliance, and to participate in drafting reports for the CSSF and ensuring all communication with them.
•You take care of the preparation of internal monitoring to ensure good proceedings in the scope of Compliance, by writing reports of your analysis.
•You will not have a client portfolio, but will take on the compliance of the PFS itself.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance – PFS – Legal – Compliance Officer •You have at least 4 years of experience in Compliance and have ideally worked in a PFS, offering you a good autonomy in your role.
•You have either handled internal compliance for the PSF, or taken on a client portfolio of SOPARFI and alternative funds. You are fluent in English and are able to handle all your future responsibilities in this language (written and orally).
