Teamlead Data Als Teamlead Data speel je een cruciale rol in het omzetten van complexe gegevens in waardevolle inzichten die onze segmentstrategieën vormgeven. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om data te verzamelen, te analyseren en te interpreteren, en je presenteert je bevindingen op een heldere en overtuigende manier. Met jouw expertise help je ons om beter geïnformeerde beslissingen te nemen en onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Klaar om nieuwe data-analyses te ontdekken?
In deze rol capteer je de specifieke businessnoden van jouw segment en vertaal je deze naar waardevolle inzichten en concrete data-eindproducten. In samenwerking met diverse teams (o.a. BI developers, Data architect en steward) binnen jouw segment capteer je specifieke businessnoden en maak je de vertaalslag voor het engineering team.
Hierbij houd je rekening met o.a. budget, security, schaalbaarheid, GDPR, technische haalbaarheid, timing, bestaande en toekomstgerichte architectuur, functionaliteiten en de minimum kwaliteitseisen.
Van ontwerpen tot implementeren: je ontwikkelt analysetechnieken voor grote hoeveelheden data om trends te identificeren en managementbeslissingen te ondersteunen. Je test dataproducten volgens functionele eisen en groepsstandaarden, en zorgt dat ze voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen en behoeften van gebruikers.
