Then read on We are looking for a Team Lead with a focus on security. The role of Team Lead involves two responsibilities: on the one hand, as People Lead, you are responsible for the expansion, support, growth and development of the team. On the other hand, you will also be involved in technical and operational work, while also setting the technical direction for your department. What you'll excel at every day You maintain a helicopter view and set the direction; You coach and support your teammates to achieve their goals and put them on the right track; You instil a feedback culture in your team and keep your finger on the pulse; You guide customers in their search for a suitable solution to their security challenges; You monitor ongoing projects, processes and procedures and delegate where necessary; You maintain operational, production-related environments and provide the necessary service. You provide documentation related to ongoing projects, processes and procedures and coach/train your colleagues on these topics. You systematically expand your knowledge by following training courses. You take ownership of a number of core products of the e-BO security team: Industrial Security Operations Centre Associated NDR solution with demonstrations: IEC 62443 GAP Assessments Proof-of-Concept passive scan assessment Password & Identity Management Endpoint Protection Platform ... You will monitor and investigate potential security incidents at e-BO and its customers; You will be involved in Threat Intelligence and act as the point of contact for Attack Surface Management Systems such as CERT; You will report to the COO. What you bring to the table You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience and still a strong eagerness to keep learning; You take ownership and initiative; You are a positive leader who connects, supports, and motivates people; You are a strong people manager who can inspire colleagues; You're a great communicator — in Dutch, French, and English — and you interact easily with clients, business leaders, and colleagues alike; You're a highly organized multitasker with strong project management skills; You're result-driven with a no-nonsense approach; You approach projects proactively. You handle stress well and have a knack for organization, leadership, and conflict resolution; You feel completely at home when leading a driven team.
