That’s why we are looking for an Data Scientist who wants to make an impact within the Microsoft ecosystem. What will you do: As a Data Scientist at LACO , you’ll be responsible for: Developing and improving predictive models and AI-driven solutions using Python. Coaching colleagues and actively contributing new ideas within the AI and data science domain. Translating business questions into data science use cases and actionable insights. Working closely with business stakeholders to truly understand their challenges and goals. Experimenting with and applying advanced analytics, machine learning and AI techniques. Exploring and working with Microsoft Fabric and related Azure data & analytics services. Clearly explaining complex models and results to non-technical audiences. Contributing to proposals, knowledge sharing sessions and internal initiatives. Adding value to LACO by sharing expertise, best practices and innovative ideas. Who are you? You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent. You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytics role. You have strong experience with Python and building predictive models (e.g. regression, classification, time series). You have an interest in or hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms. You understand the business context and know how to turn data into real business value. You enjoy coaching others and sharing knowledge within a team. You are familiar with machine learning frameworks and data science tooling. You have experience working in agile environments. You communicate clearly in Dutch and/or French and English (both written and spoken). Our offer We work with both freelancers and permanent employees.
