Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join its team in Wallonia.
We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong experience in electrical, piping, and infrastructural works to oversee on-site activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Monitor progress and productivity, reporting any delays or issues to the project management team
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards
Assist in planning work schedules, resource allocation, and procurement of materials and tools
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience of 5+ years in a supervisory role in construction projects, especially involving electrical, piping, and infrastructure works
Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and software (e.g., Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Fluent in French and English
