Your main responsibilities will include: Strategic Analysis: Identify key technological challenges in your market to anticipate future needs. Tailored Consulting: Understand your clients' challenges and design customized solutions. Building Trust: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented consultants. Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. Profitability Management: Optimize the performance of your business unit and identify new growth opportunities. Your Profile: Education: Master's degree (engineering or business school). You aspire to a role that combines commercial, managerial, and technical skills. Languages: Fluent in French and English. Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role. Team Management: Proven ability to manage a team of 20 consultants or more. Industry Knowledge: Comfortable with IT environments and technical discussions, able to communicate effectively with professionals.
