Your main responsibilities will include:Strategic Analysis: Identify key technological challenges in your market to anticipate future needs.Tailored Consulting: Understand your clients' challenges and design customized solutions.Building Trust: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented consultants.Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.Profitability Management: Optimize the performance of your business unit and identify new growth opportunities.Your Profile:Education: Master's degree (engineering or business school).
