For one of our clients, an international company active in sustainable solutions for industrial sectors (such as energy, transport, marine and mining), we are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Belgian office.
This role offers a challenging and hands-on position at the heart of the financial operations of a growing international group.
Act as the internal and external point of contact for all accounts payable and accounts receivable matters
Perform controls and postings related to purchases, sales, payroll, rents, bank statements and expense reports , and make the necessary corrections
Perform various financial analyses and accounting treatments
Play a key role in the monitoring of cash flow and financial movements of the Belgian entity
Permanent contract with an attractive salary package
~ 1 day of remote work per week
~ Internal and external training opportunities
~ International exposure within a global group
~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Taxation
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an accountant
Experience with Belgian GAAP and working environment in Belgium
Fluent in French and English
Experience with accounting tools such as Exact Online or FileMaker in an Apple environment is a plus
