Shape the Future of HR Join an international company as an HRIS Specialist and play a key role in a major HR transformation. For an international organization, we are looking for a motivated HRIS Integration Consultant to help drive a large-scale HR digitalization project. You will ensure that all HR processes, data structures, and reporting frameworks are ready for the implementation of a new HR IT system. Analyze and optimize existing HR processes, data flows, and reporting structures.
At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS Integration Consultant, HRIS Specialist, or HR IT Consultant.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
A challenging assignment as HRIS Integration Consultant in an international and dynamic environment.
