LA FONCTION

En tant que Learning & Development Specialist chez emeis, vous identifiez les besoins en formation en collaborant avec le Learning & Development Manager. Vous élaborez un plan stratégique de formation & de développement et implémentez des programmes de formation (en présentiel & en digital).

Vos tâches et responsabilités

  • Vous améliorez continuellement le programme de formation existant et vous développez des programmes spécifiques de formations propres aux résidences;
  • Vous développez un programme d'Onboarding pour chaque fonction clé en collaboration avec le département Talent Acquisition;
  • Vous coordonnez et facilitez les activités de formation internes et externes avec les formateurs (internes et externes);
  • Vous évaluez l'efficacité et l'impact des programmes de formation et participez à la mise en place d'un système de suivi des acquis et compétences afin d'assurer une amélioration continue;
  • Vous assurez la gestion des budgets de formation;
  • Vous continuez la mise en place de VTO (nouvel outil de gestion des inscriptions de formations) et vous délivrez des systèmes de reporting systématique;
  • Vous travaillez sur la digitalisation de l'offre de formation au sein d'emeis. Vous développez ainsi des e-learnings, vous cherchez des solutions digitales sur des offres de formations, vous digitalisez certains processus (en collaboration avec la France), et vous digitalisez l'onboarding avec une plateforme telle que Workelo (via la France);
  • Vous agissez en tant qu'ambassadeur du département Learning & Development en encourageant les collègues à prendre en charge leur propre développement professionnel et leur choix de formation;
  • Vous suivez les tendances et les meilleures pratiques en matière de formation et de développement et vous les appliquez afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de l'offre de formation.

VOTRE PROFIL

Nous recherchons une personne motivée, qui est orientée vers les autres et qui a soif d'apprendre et partager ses connaissances.

Et vous possédez également les atouts suivants :

  • Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projets liés au développement et à la formation.
  • Vous avez de préférence une expérience ou de l'affinité dans le secteur des soins aux personnes âgées.
  • Vous êtes bilingue Néerlandais/français.
  • Vous avez une expérience dans l'implémentation et/ou l'utilisation de solutions digitales et idéalement avec un LMS.
  • Vous êtes orienté résultat et l'atteinte des objectifs est un réel drive pour vous.
  • Vous êtes hands-on, autonome et réfléchi.
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation.
  • Vous êtes proactif, assertif, vous avez le sens de l'initiative et un excellent esprit d'équipe.
