Au sein du département HR, l'Infrabel Academy est responsable de la formation et du développement continu de tous les collaborateurs.rices d'Infrabel. Elle développe, organise et gère des parcours de formation et de développement techniques et non techniques, où la qualité et l'efficacité sont au cœur des préoccupations. Pour renforcer l'équipe Human & Non-technical skills, nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e Learning & Development Specialist. Tes responsabilités sont les suivantes :

Analyse des besoins en formation et développement :
  • Tu fais une analyse approfondie des besoins et des demandes de formation.
  • Tu travailles de manière orientée vers les solutions et formules une proposition globale.
  • Tu consultes le client interne et formules une solution définitive.
Définition du parcours d'apprentissage et de développement :
  • Tu élabores des parcours de formation (formulation des objectifs d'apprentissage, choix de la méthode).
  • Tu rédiges occasionnellement des devis et/ou établis un cahier des charges.
  • Tu choisis un organisme de formation ou un formateur.
  • Tu organises et participes à des groupes de travail avec les différents acteurs internes et externes pour définir la méthodologie et le contenu des formations.
  • Tu rencontres régulièrement l'organisme de formation choisi concernant le contenu, la méthode d'apprentissage et la planification.
Planification et coordination de projets :
  • Tu détermines la portée de nouveaux projets, tu établis la planification pour le développement de nouveaux projets (formation, Learning and Development, etc.). Tu assures la coordination et le suivi du projet. Tu concertes avec les différentes parties prenantes concernées (tant internes qu'externes) sur les responsabilités, la planification, la communication sur le projet, les évaluations et les livrables.
  • Tu suis les tendances dans ton domaine (par exemple en termes de technologie, d'organisation et de réalisation des tâches).
  • Tu suis également les évolutions dans le domaine du Learning & Development (nouvelles méthodologies et outils).
Qualifications :
  • Tu as un diplôme de Master ou l'équivalent par expérience.
  • Tu as une première expérience dans le domaine du Learning & Development.
  • Tu as une bonne connaissance opérationnelle du néerlandais.
  • Une connaissance de SAP FIORI Learning est un atout.
  • Tu as une expérience dans la gestion de projets et es capable de suivre aussi bien de grands projets que des projets de courte durée.
  • Tu as une expérience dans le développement de solutions d'apprentissage.
  • Tu es orienté.e résultats et client.
  • Tu collabores facilement avec les différentes parties et tu es clair.e dans ta communication.
  • Avec des arguments bien fondés, tu soutiens tes points de vue et idées et sais convaincre les autres.
  • Tu travailles de manière autonome et n'as pas peur de prendre des initiatives. Tu es très compétent.e pour planifier et organiser tes projets.
  • L'apprentissage continu et le développement personnel sont pour toi une véritable source de motivation. Tu es ouvert.e au développement personnel comme au développement en équipe.
