As International Key Account Manager , you will be the trusted partner for our most strategic global customers, shaping long-term collaboration, anticipating engineering needs, and unlocking value through tailored industrial solutions for a portfolio of clients primarily active across Belgium, France and APAC, as well as additional key regions such as the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.

Develop and execute strategic account plans: to drive growth and deepen collaboration across multiple regions.
Identify new business opportunities: within key accounts by understanding engineering needs and mechanical processes.
Deliver technical-commercial value: leveraging ERIKS’ expertise in Power Transmission, Gaskets, Flow Control, Industrial & Hydraulic Hoses, and Sealing & Polymer Solutions.
Coordinate activities: with local sales teams and Product Groups to ensure seamless customer support.
Lead or support complex international tenders:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree:
~7+ years of commercial experience: in a technical/industrial B2B environment (MRO, OEM, or industrial components).
~ Good understanding of mechanical engineering processes: and the ability to translate customer technical challenges into the right ERIKS solutions, with familiarity with one or more industrial component domains (e.g. power transmission, flow control, gaskets, hoses, sealing & polymer solutions).
~ Proven experience: in managing international key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
~ Fluent in English: plus French, Dutch or German.
~ Willingness to travel internationally: primarily within Belgium, France and the Netherlands, with occasional travel to other regions (e.g. Home-office possibilities:
