**Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities**
As a Key Account Support, you will support Key Account Executives with contract related matters (= Contract Key Account). As such you will encounter various requests and enquiries regarding key accounts from both internal parties and external customers. You provide general support to Key Account Executives on an ad-hoc basis thus contributing to the high levels of premium service we wish to consistently provide to our key accounts.
- **Tender Management**: Support Key Account Executive(s) with Tender Management related tasks as well as on an ad-hoc-basis. In line with your location's business & client portfolio you may also be in charge of supporting the follow-up of any cross-trade accounts/opportunities.
- **Customer onboarding and contract maintenance**:You assist Key Account Executives with collection and processing of customer onboarding data. Furthermore, you take care of maintenance and monitoring of existing and about-to-expire contracts, always keeping ONE's growth / cargo / volume strategy as well as our overall commitments into consideration.
- **Digital adoption**:Support ONE's digital adoption by utilising and promoting our e-commerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable and relevant to your tasks and responsibilities.
**Required Skills and competencies**
- Preferably 2 years or more of relevant working experience in shipping
- Strong communication skills, customer
- and service oriented
- Flexibility and creativity in problem solving
- Good knowledge Salesforce and Google Workspace (preferred)
- Articulate, clear oral and writing communication skills in English and Dutch
- Enthusiastic team worker
