Fluxys est un groupe d'infrastructures gazières totalement indépendant qui compte 1 400 employés actifs dans le domaine du transport et stockage de gaz ainsi que dans les services de terminalling pour le gaz naturel liquéfié. Fluxys, en tant qu'entreprise ayant pour objectif d'atteindre la neutralité carbone, contribue, avec l'ensemble de ses parties prenantes, à une société meilleure en façonnant un avenir énergétique prometteur. En s'appuyant sur les forces uniques des infrastructures gazières et sur son expertise commerciale et technique, Fluxys s'engage à acheminer de l'hydrogène, du biométhane et toute autre source d'énergie neutre en carbone de demain.
La mission
En tant que Digital Business Analyst au sein de l'équipe Architecture Office de Fluxys, tu joues un rôle clé dans l'identification et la conception de futurs systèmes qui s'alignent sur les besoins de notre entreprise. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projets, tu contribues activement à une série d'activités d'architecture d'entreprise, notamment l'analyse et la modélisation des processus d'entreprise, l'analyse des modèles d'information et la collecte d'exigences opérationnelles.
Pour exceller dans ce rôle, tu dois continuellement renforcer tes connaissances et ton expertise en matière d'architecture d'entreprise, en particulier dans le secteur dans lequel nous sommes actifs.
En soutenant activement la transition énergétique par ton travail, tu joues un rôle essentiel dans le façonnement de l'avenir de notre secteur.
Tes responsabilités
- Comprendre comment nos collègues traitent les choses, y réfléchir & les documenter
- Collaborer avec les Data Architects pour construire et maintenir le modèle d'information de l'entreprise
- Recueillir et analyser les exigences opérationnelles en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet
- Coordonner les aspects fonctionnels de l'architecture afin d'assurer une intégration fluide
- Penser « out of the box » pour que les solutions proposées soient une amélioration par rapport à la situation actuelle
- Identifier de manière proactive les changements nécessaires au paysage d'application afin de s'aligner sur la stratégie de l'entreprise
Ton profil
- Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme de master (en ingénieur civil, en ingénieur commercial ou toute autre orientation scientifique)
- Tu as d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication pour collaborer efficacement avec diverses parties prenantes
- Tu possèdes une approche structurée et orientée résultat et client
- Tu es capable de créer, maintenir et expliquer les diagrammes de modélisation et la documentation fonctionnelle
- Tu fais preuve d'une agilité mentale qui te permet de d'adapter à de nouvelles applications et technologies
- Tu as un vif intérêt pour les possibilités numériques et la manière de les utiliser
- Avoir une certaine expérience dans la mise en œuvre de technologies serait un atout - sinon, Tu dois être en mesure d'accroître rapidement ce savoir-faire
- Tu maîtrises le français et/ou le néerlandais (et la volonté d'améliorer ses compétences si nécessaire), et avoir une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Bien qu'une expérience pertinente soit souhaitable, nous recherchons avant tout une personne capable de démontrer son potentiel.
