About Randstad Digital Belgium
\We are a leading digital transformation company seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our team.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for developing functional specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful system implementation.
\Your key responsibilities will include:
\- \
- Developing functional specifications based on business requirements;\
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system design options;\
- Developing and maintaining documentation for functional specifications, use cases, and process flows;\
- Facilitating meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and gather feedback;\
- Providing guidance and support to business units during system implementation and training;\
- Working with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure that systems meet functional requirements;\
- Developing and maintaining test scripts to validate system functionality;\
- Monitoring system performance and providing feedback on system effectiveness;\
- Developing and maintaining documentation for business processes and system configurations;\
- Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Requirements
\To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
\- \
- A Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field;\
- At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role;\
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications;\
- Proficiency with UML, user stories, and technical writing;\
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories;\
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management;\
- Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira;\
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;\
- Strong organisational and time management skills;\
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;\
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy;\
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus;\
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics techniques is an asset;\
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies is desirable.
