Mechanical Site Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator specialized in industrial boilers. Organization The successful candidate will report to the Section Manager & project manager and will play a crucial role in the coordination/communication throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction among all stakeholders. Function Follow the project execution plan Prepare the site (site base camp, tools, scaffolding, etc) Manage the (skilled) workers by being on site Make sure all administrative tasks are fulfilled (check-in-at-work; hour registration; equipment&tool lists; dimona's; work permits) • Make sure there is a detailed planning which minimizes co-activity, is efficient and is known/approved to/by all stakeholders Follow-up on planning/progress (critical path; budget) Adhere to the health and safety plan (work permits, toolbox meeting; enforcement of measures described in HSE plan, Last Minute Risk Analysis, etc) Follow-up the "Quality Control" aspect of the project Keep track of consumed materials, hours and tools • Generate the project reporting and the project review meetings Finalize the project (documents archiving, expenses permission closing) while contributing to the lessons learned. B] Organize urgent interventions Some dedicated weeks you will responsible to organize (manpower, tools, logistis) an adequate and timely response when there is a customer in need who requires an urgent intervention (e.g. in case of a tube rupture). Requirements Work location: Based in Ans (Liège) with client sites across Belgium. This often concerns waste incineration plants Languages: Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English and/or Dutch is a significant advantage. Must know: VCA (safety) WPS QC file o TIG lectrode welding EN ASME Heavy lifting procedures Experience: Experience leading a team of blue collars (be a people manager) Experience in mechanical high pressure (boiler) construction projects. Familiarity with welding pressure parts in industrial boilers (and the EN 12952 standard). Offer Location: Liege Period: 01/2026 – 06/2026 The duration of a mission usually ranges between 1 day and 90 days.
