You will act as a key interface between engineering teams, the client, and contractors on site, ensuring that works are executed in compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as an interface between the study office, the Client, and the Contractors executing the works Inspect contractors' execution activities and verify compliance with execution drawings, methodologies, and technical documents Monitor and verify Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements on site Manage technical interfaces between different contractors Follow up and coordinate design changes and technical modifications Participate in regular project meetings with stakeholders (progress, challenges, interfaces, HSE, etc.) Draft work orders and site instructions, issue execution notes and non-conformity observations Profile Required Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering First relevant professional experience in an engineering consultancy or contractor environment Experience in design activities and/or site erection follow-up is an asset Industrial project exposure is considered a plus Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of English Strong communication skills: clear, factual, and to the point Good command of written language with the ability to produce clear technical notes and reports
