Je neemt proactief contact op met de klant en zorgt daarbij voor een vlekkeloze en unieke Customer Experience. Je zorgt voor het correct inplannen van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden waarbij je maximaal anticipeert op de wensen en behoeften van de klant en rekening houdt met de capaciteit van de werkplaats en de beschikbare onderdelen. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant, de werkplaats en het magazijn en zorgt voor een vlotte onderlinge communicatie. Afspraken worden keurig voorbereid en je volgt het klantendossier verder op van A tot Z. Klanten die binnenkomen voor een onderhoud of herstelling , zal jij op een “merk-waardige” manier verwelkomen. Bij technische vragen help je de klant deskundig verder. Je overtuigt de klant met een aanbod op maat, waarbij je elk contactmoment benut om onze BMW en MINI producten en (online) services te promoten. Door jouw proactiviteit zijn de klanten steeds op de hoogte van de voortgang van de werken en eventuele wijzigingen. Je maakt daarbij gebruik van de bestaande (digitale) communicatietools om de klant een échte Premium Service te bieden. Bij de teruggave van de wagen overleg je de uitgevoerde werken en de daarbij horende factuur op een begrijpbare en professionele manier. Je streeft elke dag opnieuw naar een uitstekende klantentevredenheid en bouwt een langetermijnrelatie op met je klant. Integriteit, oplossingsgerichtheid en klantvriendelijkheid staan daarbij centraal. Als je een ge nteresseerde autoliefhebber bent, die graag meer te weten komt op het vlak van autotechnieken. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is zeker een plus. Iemand die tot het uiterste gaat voor een hoge score op klant- en servicegerichtheid . Je bent een echte ambassadeur van BMW. Een gezonde dosis administratief werk schrikt je niet af en je bent bovendien organisatorisch aangelegd. Een vlot persoon, die zowel zelfstandig als in groep goed functioneert. Iemand die geen problemen, maar oplossingen ziet. Je weet van aanpakken. Een collega die bij de woorden “ communicatief”, “stressbestendig” en “flexibel” spontaan aan zichzelf denkt. Werkplezier in een vaste, voltijdse én afwisselende job bij één van de referentiespelers in de automotive sector.
