Een innovatieve IT-partner in Vlaanderen is op zoek naar een ervaren Data & AI Consultant die graag meebouwt aan slimme, toekomstbestendige dataplatformen. Het bedrijf begeleidt organisaties bij het uitdenken en implementeren van data-oplossingen binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem, met aandacht voor efficiëntie, schaalbaarheid en technische kwaliteit. De functie combineert uitdagende klantprojecten met interne initiatieven, vaak in complexe omgevingen met zichtbare impact. Dankzij een flexibele werkstructuur en projecten verspreid over Vlaanderen kan de consultant autonomie combineren met samenwerking en professionele groei. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien? Je onderzoekt business- en data-uitdagingen en vertaalt deze naar praktische Data & AI-oplossingen binnen Microsoft-technologieën. Je ontwerpt en implementeert grootschalige data-architecturen met tools zoals Azure, Databricks en Power BI. Je speelt een actieve rol in zowel klantprojecten als interne initiatieven en zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering. Je adviseert klanten over het optimaliseren en uitbreiden van hun dataplatformen. Je draagt bij aan kennisdeling en ondersteunt collega's met best practices en expertise. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met Data & AI-projecten in een Microsoft-omgeving. Je beschikt over sterke kennis van Databricks, Azure en Power BI. Je hebt ervaring met grote, complexe projecten, bij voorkeur in gereguleerde of overheidscontexten. Je hebt een Data Fabric-certificering of bent bereid deze kortelings te behalen. Je functioneert als een zelfstandig senior-profiel dat snel inzetbaar is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Wat bieden wij jou? Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met een brutoloon tussen €4.500 en €6.000, afhankelijk van ervaring. Een bedrijfswagen met bijbehorende tank- en/of laadkaart voor professioneel gebruik.
