The Belgian team, although recently established, is already close-knit and benefits from an open and approachable management style that encourages communication, autonomy, and initiative. As Finance & Administrative Manager , you will be the main point of contact for all financial and administrative matters:
Financial Management & Compliance
Supervise and handle local accounting , tax and social declarations, and payroll.
Implement and monitor financial procedures , including monthly and annual closings, bank reconciliations, and reporting.
Deploy systems and practices for day-to-day operations, including insurance, employee benefits, and internal procedures.
Organize and formalize support functions to support the growth of the Belgian team.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting , ideally in an international or fast-growing SME environment.
Languages : Excellent command of French and English , Dutch is a plus.
Personal Qualities : Autonomous, rigorous, well-organized, team-oriented, with the ability to set up and improve new processes.
Autonomy & Strategic Vision : Comfortable working independently, operationally hands-on, while maintaining a broader strategic view to drive and improve financial and administrative processes.
Flexible working hours and partial remote work , within a creative, agile, and stimulating environment that values work-life balance.
Direct involvement in organizing and developing the Belgian branch , with the opportunity to implement your own initiatives and processes.
