Iemand die: processen bouwt (en verbetert terwijl je erin zit) met focus op customer service – meedenken met founders & customer service – meeschalen met een FMCG e-commerce merk in volle groei Geen corporate rol. We groeien snel en zoeken iemand die onze operations mee op smaak houdt. Jouw rol Als Operations Lead ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en schaalbaar draaien van onze operations met een specifieke focus op customer service. Je werkt nauw samen met de founders en hebt impact op processen en het managen hiervan Wat je doet Processen voor customer service optimaliseren. Als snelgroeiende webshop ontvangen wij heel veel mails/DM en hiervoor moeten schaalbare processen gebouwd worden. Processen bouwen die meegroeien met het bedrijf Problemen snel en pragmatisch oplossen Wie we zoeken Ervaring in operations / customer service bij online bedrijven Hands-on mentaliteit Comfortabel in een scale-up omgeving Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en tempo Wat je krijgt Veel autonomie & impact Nauwe samenwerking met founders Marktconform loon + groeipotentieel Een rol waarin je echt mee kan bouwen aan groei (en ja, X-OATS a volonté ) ps. onze kantoren zitten in de Stadsfeestzaal (hartje Antwerpen)
