We provide deep industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise, which amplifies our impact and helps us shape the future for our clients. You will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses in order to be able to craft suitable recommendations. You will work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. We are seeking high-caliber individuals who want to join our winning team. At least 4 -8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting In-depth knowledge of the sector, either gained through experience in the industry or in other consultancy houses Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations Fluency in English and French language is required An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program Have an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team At Oliver Wyman, there's no "one size fits all" - we hire exceptional people and help them thrive through a built-in support network, flexible career paths, and no artificial barriers to advancement.
