Job Title: Client Services Officer Location: Type: [ Part-time ]
The Client Services Officer will serve as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating services, and supporting operational processes to maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Previous experience in client services, customer support, or related roles is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office and client management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Full-time Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, or part-time hours.]
