Senior Fund Administrator – Inhouse, Young Dynamic Environment
Since its establishment in Luxembourg, this Management Company has become a key player in the field of alternative funds, primarily in Private Equity, as well as its underlying entities. With a team of 25 people in Luxembourg in which the staff turn-over is particularly low, you are sure to be surrounded by motivated colleagues. Indeed, the entire team has one thing in common : they have a stable career path and wish to invest themselves long-term at an employer, which means that you can all work towards a common goal.Furthermore, thanks to the fact that there is a very important flexibility (allowing you to start your day up until 11 AM) as well as no timesheets , you will feel less stressed than in a large service provider for example. In addition, regular homeworking is offered to further ensure your well-being.A new position of Senior Fund Administrator has opened up as they will soon onboard a new fund, which is why it is important to welcome an autonomous and skilled new employee. By working in a team of less than 10 people, and where a good communication with the other departments is always present, you are sure to feel fully satisfied in your new work environment.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Administrator – Corporate – Legal - Funds •You will manage the day-to-day operations of the funds from a corporate governance point of view. You are also responsible for the preparation and organization of board and shareholder meetings, statutory changes, the approval of annual accounts and all necessary publications.
•You will coordinate with external parties such as legal advisors, authorities and service providers for efficient fund administration.
•Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Administrator – Corporate – Legal - Funds •You have at least 5 years of experience as a Fund Administrator / Corporate Officer specialized in administrating funds, with a focus on Alternative Funds in private equity. Experience in service providers as well as in-house will be taken into consideration.
•Fluency in English is essential for working with your colleagues, and is sufficient. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
•Offer | Senior Fund Administrator – Corporate – Legal - Funds •Earn a competitive salary of up to € gross per year, in line with your competencies and level of experience, providing you with financial security and peace of mind.
•Also note that overtime is very rare in this company.
