Specializing in fund administration, accounting, and corporate services, they primarily cater to investment funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients. The company is committed to offering tailored solutions that help clients navigate complex financial regulations and operational requirements in Luxembourg and beyond. Due to increasing demand for specialized services, we are seeking an experienced Senior German-speaking Accountant to join the team, specializing in Securitization . Senior Accountant - Responsibilities
Handle securitization accounting tasks from A to Z, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and financial statements.
Manage and prepare financial reports for securitization vehicles, ensuring compliance with LuxGAAP and international accounting standards.
Oversee the accounting of asset-backed securities, including the calculation of interest, principal payments, and reconciliations.
Work closely with the team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and reports.
Collaborate with auditors to support audit processes and address any queries.
Assist with the implementation of new securitization structures and provide ongoing accounting support.
Provide insights and recommendations related to accounting issues in securitization.
Senior Accountant - Your Profile:
Between 3 to 10 years of experience in securitization accounting (preferably within a service provider or management company).
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
Hands-on experience with securitization transactions, including reporting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment , providing high-quality service to clients.
