Ben jij een gedreven leider met een passie voor logistiek? Dan is dit jouw kans om een sleutelrol te vervullen bij Ici Paris XL Benelux als Logistics Operations Manager van ons distributiecentrum in Vilvoorde.
We zoeken een dynamische people manager die de dagelijkse operaties kan leiden, de efficiëntie kan verhogen en onze logistieke doelstellingen kan behalen.

Als Logistics Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het leiden van de dagelijkse operaties in ons Benelux distributiecentrum, waarbij je zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte verwerking, opslag en distributie van onze producten aan filialen en estore eindklanten.
  • Het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een divers warehouse team (direct 7 en indirect 90-200 medewerkers).
  • Het beheren van logistieke operaties over de verschillende shiften en het stellen van interne KPI's (productiviteit, kwaliteit, service) om prestaties te meten en te verbeteren.
  • Het waarborgen van continuïteit door optimale personeelsbezetting, -planning en technisch onderhoud.
  • Het optimaliseren van processen en het initiëren, meewerken en implementeren van verbeterprojecten om de efficiëntie te verhogen en kosten te optimaliseren.
  • Het opstellen van budgetten en het bewaken van operationele kosten en investeringen.
  • Het onderhandelen en managen van contracten mbt interim arbeid en werkmiddelen.
  • Duidelijke communicatie en nauwe relaties tot stand brengen en onderhouden met key stakeholders, zowel intern als extern, teneinde een goede end-to-end service te garanderen.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt minimum een bacheloropleiding en tussen de 5 en 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en logistieke context.
  • Je bent een geboren people manager die een divers team kan coachen, motiveren, aansturen en overtuigen.
  • Je organisatorisch, analytisch en planmatig vermogen is sterk ontwikkeld.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Kennis van warehouse management systemen, 5S en affiniteit met techniek zijn een pluspunt.
