Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler met een uitgebreid dermocosmetisch assortiment, gaan wij vandaag op zoek naar een gedreven Retail & Pharma Coordinator. De retailzichtbaarheid vergroten, trainingen naar een hoger niveau tillen en de totale consumentenervaring sterker maken.
het uitwerken van een sterke retail- en sell-outstrategie voor de volledige Benelux.
de groei en ontwikkeling van twee dermocosmetische merken binnen apotheken, parafarmacies en beauty corners.
het bepalen van de opleidings- en animatiestrategie voor het team van beauty advisors, animators en trainers.
het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van je team om topprestaties te bereiken.
Je bent een inspirerende en daadkrachtige people manager die zijn team weet te coachen, motiveren en laten groeien.
Je bent vlot tweetalig.
Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om af en toe op zaterdag te werken
