Als IT Operations Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de teams "Infrastructuur & User Support" en coördineer je de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten binnen beide domeinen. In deze context werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van een strategische visie voor de twee domeinen.
Je voert plannen uit van langetermijnprojecten die bijdragen aan de optimalisatie en groei van de ICT-afdeling.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van het budget en de middelen binnen de toegewezen domeinen.
Je werkt mee aan het beheer en de optimalisatie van servers, netwerken, beveiliging en Identity & Access Management (IAM) en je waarborgt de operationele continuïteit en beschikbaarheid van de ICT-infrastructuur.
Het implementeren van best practices voor security en compliance maakt ook deel uit van je taken.
Je zorgt voor een hoogwaardige ondersteuning van gebruikers door middel van een efficiënte helpdesk en technische ondersteuning.
Je ontwikkelt procedures en richtlijnen om de effectiviteit en klanttevredenheid van de supportdiensten te verhogen.
Je zorgt voor heldere communicatie en afspraken met externe leveranciers op het gebied van service levels en prestaties.
Je identificeert technologische trends en mogelijkheden om deze te integreren in de infrastructuur en supportdiensten.
Je verbetert continu processen en systemen om de efficiëntie te maximaliseren.
Uw profiel
Je beschikt over een master in Informatica en hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen ICT, met focus op infrastructuur en/of user support.
Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van serverbeheer, netwerken, beveiliging en Identity & Access Management.
Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een PAAS-model en met uitbesteding van operationele ICT-taken.
Je beschikt over uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je hebt een proactieve en assertieve houding ten opzichte van samenwerking met externe partners.
Je hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om strategisch te denken.
Je beheerst de twee landstalen.
