Operations Site Manager (Manufacturing)
Focus is primarily on Production Managers with strong on-site exposure and a proven track record in operational manufacturing environments.
This role is open only to candidates currently based in Ghent or available to relocate immediately. Reports to: Operations Director EUROPE
We are looking for an Operations Site Manager to lead and stabilize a mid- sized complex finished product site based in East Flanders Region. Maintenance, Customer Service, Administration, and Production & Warehouse (team of approx. The role is hands-on and requires someone able to structure operations, drive performance, and ensure daily excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
We seek a leadership-driven, process-oriented manager who knows how to build discipline on the shop floor and develop and bring together teams.
Succession planning in place.
Ensure daily performance: safety, quality, deliver, productivity, cost.
-Drive continuous improvement and optimize production performance.
-Experience in a manufacturing environment with production flow (machines, sensors, process control).
-Leadership experience in Operations / Production
-Fluent Dutch + English.
-Experience in liquids, fluids, chemical, beverages, or food.
