Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
~ Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willing to obtain within the first month).
~ Autonomy to handle tasks from requirement analysis to validation, within defined methods and frameworks.
~ Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, able to challenge the status quo.
~#Interested in cloud platforms and data-powered digital transformation.
~ Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.
Your responsibilities as a Functional Consultant:
Drive and challenge business requirements gathering sessions.
Act as a liaison between business and development teams to transform requirements into Salesforce.Document user stories and ensure ownership across their full lifecycle — from workshop to tested, configured solution.
Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality.
Create training material and documentation for Salesforce.com users, and train new end-users (train-the-trainer approach).
Create and document the testing strategy (following industry best practices) and coordinate test execution.
Deliver informative, well-organized demos to business teams.
